Research the people and the constraints first. Every project starts with the problem written down in plain language, not a moodboard.

Tokens before screens. Type scale, spacing, and color decisions are made once, so every screen after them is faster and more consistent.

I build the real product alongside AI agents: reviewing, correcting, and owning every line. Design intent survives because the designer is the builder.
